DO NOT BUY FROM ROUGH COUNTRY. Did I get your attention? Good I bought a bed cover from them and it didn’t work out I returned it within 24-48 hours after getting it. I was told a full refund no problem. That was 3-4 weeks ago. They still have not given me my money back. I have contacted there customer service and they assured me they got my order however I could hear on the other side they didn’t return my money they guy said he would hurry and process it and get my money back that was like 2 maybe 3 weeks ago. They owe me $913 dollars. Not sure what the best thing to do at this point besides call my credit card company and report theft of what. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM GO TO ANOTHER TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY.

I ordered a rear bumper for my ram 1500 and my experience with the company has been an absolute nightmare. First and foremost, the product came to me damaged. There was a giant hole in the box. I did speak to customer service about that, and they sent me a new one. A few weeks pass by, and to my surprise I am stuck with two invoices totaling 600$ total (300 CAD each) for duties and taxes from FedEx. Shipping is supposed to be free, as is displayed on their website. There is nothing in fine print or any disclaimer whatsoever. Be warned. Shipping to Canada is not free. You will have to pay an additional 30%. The product is of average quality and mediocre design as well. The license plate lights were a pain to wire and if you want to remove your license plate, you will need to cut the wires and re-crimp them. That design is quite poor. I brought the invoice issue with customer service, and they tell me that I am on the hook for at least one of the invoices and they are supposed to cover the other. However, I am stuck with both.

Really rude customer service!! Ordered a bed cap and passenger side storage compartment. I thought since the passenger side was the only option that it came with the driver side. It does show a molly insert for the driver side but no shelf. I called and asked if it was supposed to come with the driver side storage, this guy tells me that I didn't order one for the driver side. I told him that they may want to check thier website because it only showed the passenger side shelf. I was told if I would have read the description I would have known that it was optional. I guess when you have too much business you can treat customers however you feel. I doubt I will order one for the passenger side, since I unable to read and would probably not get what I ordered. That was my main plan when I called, if it did not come with the top I was going to order one. I may not be able to read but I can sure fabricate the driver side since I have the template from the passenger side. And will only cost a few bucks for welding, I have plenty of metal laying around in my shop!
